This Amazing no bake cheesecake is delicious prepared as a cheesecake to dip pretzels in or in a graham cracker pie crust topped with whipped cream. A sweet cheeseball rolled in chopped chocolate or graham cracker crumbs with pretzels, teddy grahams, or fruit.
No Bake Cheesecake: In a large mixing bowl add one 8 ounce cream cheese (or Neufchatel Cheese) mix until soft, add mixture, mix until incorporated. Fold in an 8 ounce tub of whipped topping until mixed. Put into an 8-9 inch graham cracker crumb pie pan and refrigerate an hour until set. Get creative and top with whipped cream, fresh fruit, chocolate pieces etc. *try mini cheesecakes by putting an Oreo, Vanilla Wafer, Cracker or Graham Cracker Crumbs on the bottom of cupcake tin then fill with mixture, top with fruit, chocolate, whipped topping, etc.
Sweet Cheeseball:In a large mixing bowl add 2, 8 ounce cream cheese (or Neufchatel Cheese) mix until soft. Add mixture and mix until incorporated. Roll in chopped nuts, chocolate pieces, graham cracker crumbs, toasted coconut etc. Serve with teddy grahams, pretzels, apples, graham cracker sticks, crackers etc.
Fruit Dip, Mousse, Icing: In a large mixing bowl add one 8 ounce cream cheese (or Neufchatel Cheese) mix until soft, add mixture blend, add one 8 ounce tub of whipped topping and blend until soft.
