This is for the cheddar and ale lovers! So cheddar cheesy and a touch of ale flavor this is great for dipping your chips, nachos, pretzels, vegetables, bread or even warm pretzels! Try as a Cheeseball with pepperoni, sausages and crackers. Roll in nuts, crumbled bacon bits or chopped pepperoni.
Dip: Add 1 cup of Mayo and 1 cup of Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt) with the dip mix and stir until incorporated. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to combine.
Cheeseball: Add 2, softened 8 ounce Cream Cheese blocks to a large bowl add packet and mix until combined. Form into a ball, roll in chopped nuts, bacon bits etc. Refrigerate for an hour for flavors to mingle and to harden.
