The taste of fresh roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese makes a great dip or cheeseball to share with friends and family. Use to flavor your vegetables or pasta when you cook!
Dip: Add 1 cup of Mayo and 1 cup of Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt) with the dip mix and stir until incorporated. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to combine.
Cheeseball: Add 2, softened 8 ounce Cream Cheese blocks to a large bowl add packet and mix until combined. Form into a ball, roll in chopped nuts, bacon bits etc. Refrigerate for an hour for flavors to mingle and to harden.

* Add butter and mix to use as a seasoning on your meats or vegetables. Add to burgers or meatloaf.
