Spinach Parmesan

The classic Spinach and Parmesan works great as a dip with vegetables or as a cheeseball.

You can also add to dip recipe below: Thawed frozen spinach (squeeze our juice), optional add provolone or mozzarella, (for spicy add hot pepper cheese)  heat and serve warm in a hollowed out bread.

Dip: Add 1 cup of Mayo and 1 cup of Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt)  with the dip mix and stir until incorporated. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to combine. 

Cheeseball: Add 2, softened 8 ounce Cream Cheese blocks to a large bowl add packet and mix until combined. Form into a ball, roll in chopped nuts, bacon bits etc. Refrigerate for an hour for flavors to mingle and to harden.
